The Infernal Devices – Series review

The Infernal Devices takes place in the shadowhunter world created by author Cassandra Clare and is a prequel to The Mortal Instruments series, featuring some of the Mortal Instruments characters ancestors. The world itself is centred around downworlders (warewolfs, vampires, warlocks and demons) and nelphilim (the part angel, part human offspring) as each group struggles for power, acceptance and survival.

Getting Published Free Workshop

As part of the Adelaide Writers Week, The City of Charles Stuart Libraries in South Australia is holding some exciting events of their own.

Not only are their Hindmarsh and Henley libraries hosting live streaming session of the event with FREE cheese platters and refreshments but their Findon library is also hosting an information session on publishing. These guys really know how to take care of their patrons!

Adelaide Writers Week – 26 Feb to 3 March

Adelaide Writers week will be happening this year in the city of Adelaide, South Australia between February 27th and May 3rd. Held at the Pioneer Women’s Memorial Gardens, off King William Street, this week long event is a great chance for those who are interested in writing, stories, or even a particular author to learn more about a particular author or story, and possibly get your book signed.
